Subject: THE 2ND ST.STEPHEN OF THE WEEK
I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THIS SHOW AS A WHOLE IS PRETTY MUCH SMOKIN' AND IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ST.STEPHEN,BECAUSE BY THE TIME WE GOT UP TO HARTFORD WE HAD ALREADY HEARD THE ONE DOWN AT THE GARDEN AND THAT SHOW EVEN WITHOUT ST.STEPHEN WAS BETTER.I JUST THINK THE BAND WAS IN A GROOVE.I WONDER IF THE THICK PURPLE GELS HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT? THE SCARLET>FIRE FROM THE NIGHT BEFORE WAS KILLER BUT I THINK THAT NIGHT LIQUID WAS PLENTIFUL.

Subject: My First Show!
I can only imagine that most people's first shows were memorable and something special and this is no exception.

My buddy and I had a mutual friend (we'll call him Silly Billy) that took us each to our first show. My buddy went the week before to MSG and I had no idea what it meant when they came back raving about the first St. Stephen in years.

Luckily I got to find out this night. This show was pretty fantastic and I would say my context for good music was turned upside down that night.

Silly Billy gave me a little piece of paper with a picture of the planet Saturn on it... said it would help. . . /snicker.

Subject: preferred over soundboard
I have a soundboard of this show. while the sb quality may be better, unless you listen carefully, you miss the ROAR when they break into St Stephen. still get goosebumps.
